JUPITER, FLORIDA (February 2, 2016)TowboatUS Cape Coral has been announced as winner of the prestigious 2015 Gulf Coast Dispatcher’s Choice Award (GCDC Award) on January 14th, 2016 at the annual BoatU.S. Towing Services conference in Jupiter, FL. The company also secured 4th place in the Coastal Recruiter 2015 award for its excellence in boat towing, marine salvage, and efforts in recruiting members to BoatUS. The company functions as a franchise under the corporate umbrella of BoatUS.
TowboatUS Cape Coral was selected for its untiring and outstanding services to rescue and help stranded boaters without delay and providing them with on-time emergency help. TowBoatUS Cape Coral secured the GCDC Award out of a total of 40 towboat franchise owners situated along the Gulf Coast.
At the award ceremony TowBoatUS Cape Coral was honored the award with these words, “The Boat U.S. 24-Hour National Dispatch Center Staff recognizes TowBoatUS Cape Coral for their contributions to the efficiency of BoatU.S. Dispatch Operations.” The judgment was made on the parameters of efficient communications, availability, and professionalism.
Since 2010, the franchise of TowBoatUS Cape Coral (TBUSCC) has placed in the top 5 positions for The Coastal Recruiter Award. In 2015, it secured 4th position out of 139 coastal recruiters. Franchise owners are classified as either Coastal Recruiters or Inland Lake Recruiters for this award. The purpose of the award is to acknowledge the efforts of the recruiters in recruiting new members on behalf of Boat Owners Association of the United States.
